4. Bookings, Payments, & Cancellations

Our website provides access to external third-party scheduling software, including TidyCal, to facilitate seamless online session bookings. By completing a booking, you agree to comply with our transactional terms.

All service fees, cancellations, and rebate eligibility criteria are detailed clearly prior to your session. We operate under a strict 48-hour cancellation policy to respect clinical schedules and ensure waiting clients have access to vacant slots.

  • Cancellations or session reschedules must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will incur the full cost of the booked service.
  • For corporate speaking, workshops, and team facilitation, booking structures and non-refundable deposit terms are governed under separate, formal contracts.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
