Does group supervision comply with AASW and AHPRA registration requirements?

Yes, fully. Group supervision facilitated by an Accredited Social Worker and clinical supervisor meets the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements for the AASW, ACA, PACFA, and general AHPRA reflective practice criteria. Many associations allow up to 50% of your annual supervision hours to be completed in group environments.

How do you protect patient/client confidentiality inside a group?

Confidentiality is our absolute priority. All cohort members sign a strict professional confidentiality agreement prior to beginning. In addition, when reviewing active cases, all identifying characteristics, names, and exact geographical locations of clients are completely de-identified.

What is the ideal group size, and do we choose our cohort?

To guarantee every practitioner has adequate speaking and reflection time, cohorts are strictly capped at four to six members. You can either form your own private cohort with trusted colleagues (for which we offer custom packages) or request to be matched into an active allied health cohort managed by Richard.
