Collaborative learning for allied health peers
Professional growth is accelerated when we learn alongside peers in a structured, safe environment. Our group clinical supervision combines Richard's twenty years of clinical expertise with the collective wisdom of small Allied Health cohorts, offering a supportive space to review casework, discuss ethics, and combat practitioner fatigue.
The three pillars of group supervision
We design our cohort structures to widen your clinical perspective, maintain ethical compliance, and combat compassion fatigue.
Shared Clinical Wisdom
Processing diverse casework models in a collaborative space. Group supervision exposes you to varied clinical viewpoints, helping you widen your professional repertoire, dissect transference, and gain fresh insight into complex casework.
Group Ethical Navigation
Evaluating clinical risk and compliance structures collectively. We unpack complex ethical dilemmas, boundary crossings, and professional association guidelines, developing robust standards of clinical governance.
Shared Burnout Protection
Combatting isolation and compassion fatigue. Sharing the intense emotional load of social care with trusted peers validates your professional struggles, protecting your wellbeing and establishing sensory balance.
Group models built for allied health
We coordinate structured cohorts and organisational reflection to match your training, schedules, and clinical goals.
Small-Cohort Peer Groups
Intimate professional cohorts capped strictly at six participants. Designed for private therapists, counsellors, and social workers looking to meet ongoing clinical CPD requirements in a highly supportive, cost-effective peer environment.
Agency Reflective Practice
Bespoke reflective practice sessions designed specifically for community healthcare organisations, NDIS service providers, and hospital teams. We align co-worker dynamics and establish sustainable boundaries during high-stress periods.
Clinical Case Seminars
Interactive, structured case-study workshops focusing on specific clinical themes, such as trauma-informed boundary care, somatic intervention, or complex family separation dynamics. Ideal for professional development days.
Let us support your collective practice
Finding the right group supervisor or organising reflective practice for your team requires careful alignment. We offer a completely free, 15-minute phone or video compatibility consultation to discuss your cohort structure, clinical goals, and logistical requirements.
Common questions about group supervision
Clear information regarding group sizes, association compliance, and caseworker privacy guidelines.
Yes, fully. Group supervision facilitated by an Accredited Social Worker and clinical supervisor meets the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements for the AASW, ACA, PACFA, and general AHPRA reflective practice criteria. Many associations allow up to 50% of your annual supervision hours to be completed in group environments.
Confidentiality is our absolute priority. All cohort members sign a strict professional confidentiality agreement prior to beginning. In addition, when reviewing active cases, all identifying characteristics, names, and exact geographical locations of clients are completely de-identified.
To guarantee every practitioner has adequate speaking and reflection time, cohorts are strictly capped at four to six members. You can either form your own private cohort with trusted colleagues (for which we offer custom packages) or request to be matched into an active allied health cohort managed by Richard.
